Patricia oversees student recruitment initiatives and establishes collaborative strategies and programs designed to expand the pipeline of diverse candidates for the School of Education. She provides leadership in the creation of enrollment goals base upon strategic analysis of student success, predictive modeling, program specific and departmental capacity, market research, and geo-demographic data (i.e., increase the diversity, quality, and quantity of the student population). As the Director of Recruitment and Diversity Liaison, she advised the School’s leadership on, fiscal, programmatic and admission policy decisions regarding the University’s diversity and inclusion goals; on development, implementation and annual assessment of the School’s annual student recruitment plan; and engagement of diversity issues in the community.
