Yolanda has worked with children and adults with special needs for almost 20 years in a variety of capacities including special education teacher, district level administrator, community college instructor, and an intervention coach. The last 10 years of her career have been focused on training K-12 educators on the use of evidence-based practices and interventions to support students with disabilities.
