Student Employee Printing and Copying

Students employed by the School of Education (GA, TA, RA, work-study, etc.) may print and copy materials related to their work responsibilities using the Xerox machines throughout Peabody Hall. Please consult with your supervisor for resources related to printing, copying, and scanning.

Classroom and Conference Room AV Support

  • EdIT provides technology support for specific meeting rooms and classrooms within Peabody Hall. These include Peabody Hall rooms G010, G040A, G070, 2010D, 2018, 2040, 2050D, and 3044. For technical support, please submit a help request.
  • The classrooms in Peabody Hall not listed immediately above are managed by ITS Classroom Services. For information or help with the technology in these rooms, pick up the red-handled phone at the presentation podium in the classroom, or visit the Classroom Hotline website for additional information about classroom features and use.
  • If you are using video conferencing in a School of Education-supported room, EdIT recommends using Zoom.
  • It is strongly recommended that you test your presentation in the room before the event. EdIT staff can meet with you to provide a demonstration of the technology features in the room and answer any questions.
  • If you need assistance with a presentation or event in a room supported by EdIT or would like to schedule a demo, please submit a help request at least two business days prior to the event.
