The 2026 “Critical Conversations in Qualitative Research Virtual Speaker Series” is a collaboration between the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Education’s #UNCQual program, the University of Alabama College of Education’s #UAQual program, and Baylor University School of Education #BaylorQual program.
Dr. Bretton A. Varga of California State University, Chico and Dr. Cathryn Van Kessel of Texas Christian University will present a virtual talk on Tuesday, February 24th from 3:00 – 4:30 pm (EST) titled “Release the Beast(s): Monstrous Modes of (Post)Qualitative Inquiry.”
