Background
Jia received her undergraduate degree from China with a major in Marketing. She has been in the educational field for over a decade in both China and the US. She lived in Hangzhou, Qingdao, Shanghai, San Francisco, Oakland and finally settled in North Carolina in 2014. A year after, she joined UNC School of Education supporting the Carolina Center of Educational Excellence (CCEE), and now she supports the teaching licensure programs, MAT, UNC-BEST, K-12 Music and abroad exchange programs.
