I’m a proud mother, lifelong learner, and educator who believes deeply in the power of schools to change the trajectory of students’ lives.

My educational background includes a bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications with a concentration in Public Relations and a Master of School Administration. I have also been accepted into the Ph.D. in Educational Leadership program at Liberty University, where I will continue strengthening my knowledge and skills as an educational leader. Throughout my career, I have served in both teaching and school leadership roles, including experience as an elementary assistant principal and middle school and high school English language arts teacher.

My leadership philosophy is grounded in servant leadership, collaboration, relationship-building, and high expectations. I believe effective leaders must be visible, approachable, consistent, and willing to serve alongside the people they lead. I am passionate about supporting teachers, building strong partnerships with families, creating positive and inclusive school environments, and ensuring that every student feels seen, supported, and capable of success.

What matters most to me as a leader is helping students understand that where they begin does not determine where they can go. Every child deserves access to meaningful opportunities, caring adults, strong instruction, and a school community that believes in their potential.
