Background

Rachel Winters is a School of Education alum with 6 years teaching experience at the middle school and high school levels. She has been at the SOE since early 2002 and has supported partnership projects with educators and schools in neighboring school districts, programs for experienced teachers, and is currently working with non-degree programs for undergraduates.
