The Culture, Curriculum and Teacher Education concentration/strand prepares future scholars, researchers, and educators to work in areas of social and cultural foundations of education with particular attention to race, gender, social class, sexual orientation and language practices; critical literacies; qualitative research methods broadly conceived; teacher education and curriculum theory and change.
