Career Preparation - HOLD - UNC School of Education

Students in the Human and Organizational Leadership Development program engage with a diverse network of professionals throughout their studies. Beyond the hands-on learning gained through the capstone experience, HOLD offers a range of professional roundtables and career-focused events developed in partnership with UNC University Career Services. These opportunities enable students to build connections, explore career pathways, and develop essential leadership skills.

Graduates of the HOLD program are well prepared to pursue organizational roles across industries—including education, nonprofit, government, business, and more.
