Devin Torain is an instructional coach for the North Carolina New Teacher Support Program, dedicated to supporting beginning teachers in enhancing their instructional techniques and overall effectiveness. She believes in the power of collaboration to improve teaching practices, boost student learning outcomes, and promote professional growth.
By offering personalized support, organizing impactful professional development sessions, and providing constructive feedback, Devin empowers teachers to refine their skills and create positive learning environments. Her current focus is on improving student success in Franklin County by guiding new educators.
Devin enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling in her free time.
