Background

Larin Moore was drawn towards social work and the helping professions after serving in Americorps for 2 years after her time as an undergraduate at UNC. She has experience working in both education and mental health, and has worked as a school counselor as well as a private practice and crisis therapist. She joins the School of Education advising team from her previous role as a Thrive Advisor in the College of Arts & Sciences.
