Background
Leah comes from a diverse background. She worked at NC State University for 4 years as a program manager then fulfilled a life-long dream and became a registered nurse in 2006. As a nurse, she worked in high-risk women’s care and public health for 8 years. Leah has spent the last 9 years working in clinical trials/research, in which she was responsible for budget management, drug safety reporting, and training. She lives in Fuquay-Varina with her husband, two teenage sons, two dogs, and one cat.
