Background
Martha’s work in higher education began in college access and success, inspired by her experience as a low-income, first-generation college student. She spent five years at Elon University supporting high-achieving students with financial need through the Odyssey Program, where she developed a passion for holistic, student-centered advising. She is excited to bring that approach to students as they navigate their academic and personal journeys in the School of Education.
