The online Ed.D. in Organizational Learning and Leadership program’s curriculum consists of 17 courses worth a total of 54 credits, including a capstone project that asks students to explore an actual or relevant organizational challenge in their experience. Coursework is designed to be flexible to allow working professionals to invest in their education.
